Mapping Public-Planner Conflicts in SUDS Implementation Using Cultural Dimensions—A Case Study

The timely implementation of climate adaptation measures for the urban environment is essential to creation robust cities. Within Norway, these are undertaken at municipal level. Unfortunately, has lagged behind expectations, partially due public resistance local projects. City planners seek tools provide insight into priorities residents build consensus and support. This study follows up on two previous case studies Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) in Trondheim, where prioritization space often a source conflict.
